Accurate billing and CAREGivers on time are two fundamentals that help us have a successful client relationship.
Sharon Jeffers, Staff Assistant
Details make the difference in a large home care company. Sharon calls references and employment inquiries, updates training in CAREGiver files, etc. All these tasks are so important in ensuring we deliver excellent care to our clients and that we are the employer of choice among our CAREGivers. She knows the Home Instead mission well, since she is also a great CAREGiver.
A Note About Follow-Up
Frequency of follow up is something you should demand from a home care company. All too often home care companies will pair a caregiver with a client and never express interest in either party again until there is a problem. At Home Instead Senior Care we understand the need to build and maintain relationships in order to recognize and resolve problems before they develop. Our clients and CAREGivers are not just names on a list or profiles on a computer. We seek to meet and interact with our clients and employees on a regular basis in order to know them as individuals and then meet their individual needs.
At our local Home Instead Senior Care franchise office, we follow up with every client at least once a month to ensure that quality care is being provided. Our client care coordinator intersperses friendly phone calls with home visits so that our clients have ample opportunities to ask questions or address any concerns they may have.
